The diversity of their combined experience across various sectors, coupled with a passion for property makes them ideally placed to deliver quality homes.
Alex Piest
Alex has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years.
His experience ranges from working on and managing extensions, renovations and conversions in the residential sector.
A 4 year stint in Ghana, where he worked for property development company Clifton Homes, saw him project manage numerous residential and commercial projects. These included 100 units, comprising apartments and town houses, as well as popular restaurant chain, Burger & Relish.
David Wilmot
David’s experience is in the field of wealth management and private equity fund raising, also has personal interests in property renovations and lettings.
He started a career in financial services as a Stockbroker with Hargreaves Lansdown where he was headhunted by Barclays Bank to deal with their corporate, retail and Barclays Premier clients.
At PWR he manages the company finances and is involved in the development of the business.
Jon Ransome
Jon’s career in the construction industry spans over 20 years, mainly as a commercial flooring contractor.
Through his company, Ransome Flooring, he has built a reputation for delivering high value projects in pressurised environments. His clients include Spire Hospitals, The Ministry of Defence and RGB Group to name a few.
With a keen interest in the construction industry as a whole, he is delighted to fulfil the long held ambition of being involved at director level to a property development company.
